An Access Pass Goes Back to the Lawyers
· New York time
President Donald Trump plans to appeal an order blocking the White House from banning MS NOW, CNN and Politico from the complex. CNBC reports that US District Judge Timothy Kelly ruled the three outlets could retain access. A planned appeal is not a reversal of that ruling.
