Effective October 15, 2026. Headline Chaos and You're Making Headlines are operated by ProInstincts Enterprises. These terms cover public newspapers, subscriptions, connected apps, sponsorships and personal keepsakes.
Public newspapers and archives
Our General, AI, Creator, Tech and Financial newspapers offer original satire inspired by real news, with links to source reporting. Satirical stories and illustrations may exaggerate or invent details. Consult the linked publishers for factual reporting. Content is for entertainment, not financial, legal or other professional advice. We use automated tools and editorial checks, but errors can occur. Contact us about corrections. Dated editions are available in public archives; we may correct or remove content. Source publishers retain rights to their reporting.
Your free account
Verify your email using a secure link to create or access your account. Signing in does not start a paid subscription. Keep your sign-in links private. Personal keepsake purchases and news subscriptions are separate.
Keep it kind
Personal keepsakes celebrate their subjects with playful storytelling and are not verified biographies. Do not use this service for harassment, impersonation, harmful allegations, sensitive claims, or infringement. Only publish material you have permission to share. We may reject unsafe content and remove reported editions.
Affectionate jokes, playful exaggeration and gentle teasing are welcome. Explicit sexual content, hate, threats, targeted humiliation and harmful instructions are not. Use a name and short descriptive details rather than instructions, links or private contact information. If we ask you to change your details before accepting a request, your free allowance stays available.
The free edition
The free offering is a branded low-resolution preview, subject to verified-email allowance and available capacity. Availability and limits are shown when you make an edition.
The paid keepsake
The launch offer is a one-time $9.99 download of your existing edition as an ad-free print-quality US Letter PDF and high-resolution PNG. Two additional versions of the same subject are included, with PDF/PNG exports for those versions. Your original edition stays saved. Additional versions depend on available capacity and the same friendly-fiction rules. The exact current price appears in Stripe Checkout. Physical printing and shipping are not included.
New keepsake editions contain six pages. Older saved editions retain their original page count.
News subscription and renewal
The public news editions remain free. The optional email digest costs $12.99 monthly or $142.89 annually, equal to eleven monthly payments for twelve months of access. It renews automatically until canceled in verified account billing management. Cancellation stops renewal and retains confirmed paid access through the paid period. Pausing email delivery does not cancel billing. Choose General, AI, Creator, Tech and Financial topics from your account. The subscription includes email digests, ad-free online reading, full newspaper downloads and read-only access through supported connected apps. Active subscribers do not see sponsor placements or subscription prompts while reading online. Downloaded files retain their published layouts. Downloads already saved to your device remain with you; new downloads and connected-app access require a current subscription. Delivery and new editions depend on service availability. The $9.99 personal keepsake is a separate one-time purchase. Payment confirmation is required; pending or failed payments do not grant new access. Refunded or disputed payments may revoke their associated paid period. Contact support about billing or delivery problems.
Connected apps and sharing
You can authorize supported apps to read public news through your active subscription. Connections cannot create editions, change your account or make purchases. Revoke connections in My account. Connected apps handle information under their own terms. You may share edition permalinks and use downloaded papers for personal reading; a subscription does not grant republication, resale or commercial redistribution rights. Keep publisher attribution intact when sharing permitted previews.
News sponsorships
Book 1 to 30 consecutive calendar days for one news topic at $50 per day in New York time. The total is the daily price multiplied by booked days, shown before payment. Each topic has one sponsorship slot per day. Upload your logo and creative, then complete checkout. Admin review follows payment, and the placement appears only after approval. The price covers the placement and its duration; audience size is not guaranteed. Placements are labeled Sponsored and do not buy editorial approval or control of news coverage.
An approved, paid daily sponsorship appears on the selected news topic's free online editions throughout the booked calendar day in New York time. Subscribers receive an ad-free online view. It stays with those dated editions in the archives for as long as the site remains online.
You must have permission to use the uploaded logo, copy and destination. You authorize their display on the booked topic and its dated archives. Creative must meet our content rules. Before the booked day starts, you may request a change for renewed review; the current approved creative remains in place until a replacement is approved. Creative locks when the booked day starts.
If your initial booking is rejected or is not approved before its booked day begins, we issue a full refund. A rejected replacement leaves your existing approved placement intact. Refunds return to the original payment method, and processing times depend on your payment provider.
Fulfillment and recovery
Access is granted after the payment processor confirms successful payment. Your private access link is emailed automatically; you can also recover the edition by verifying the same email on order recovery. Provider delays and asynchronous payment methods may delay confirmation.
Refunds and problems
For duplicate charges, failed delivery, or materially defective downloads, contact support with your verified purchase email and order reference. We will investigate and remedy the problem or refund an eligible purchase. Rights required by applicable law remain in force. Do not send card details. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Your content
You retain rights to your supplied content. You authorize processing needed to create, store and deliver your edition. You choose whether to publish and can unpublish at any time. Private personalized stories are never reused as another customer’s editorial content or global stock.
Reporting and contact
Use report an edition for abuse or publication concerns, and the contact page for support. Unpublishing is available to the verified owner from the edition screen.
