Weekend Sunshine Declines to Supply Warmth
· New York time

An outing can still be appealing without requiring an act of seasonal denial. The atmosphere has effectively offered a well-lit room with the thermostat turned down. Enjoying the light and bringing a suitable layer are perfectly compatible responses to the arrangement.
